Nina Lehtonen, Shelby Maarhuis, Kimiko Nicholson, and DJ Pohl

Meeting was called together at 7:15 pm.

Nina Lehtonen welcomed Dollz and called the meeting to order.

Treasure report will be forthcoming when Valerie compiles information.

Training/Recruiting

Discussion about having Sirhan (aka Bubba), Coach, to come out for a possible training date in the new year once the team is ready for a hardcore training day.

January 6, 2011 is the hesitant date for return to practice although location is still unknown as of yet.

Recruitment for new Dollz may be considered at the end of January 2011.

January 2011, Nina will itemize and layout what our monthly practice/exercise will look like.

Website/Media

Chilliwack Shaw will be in contact with Nina about a possible interview

Nina will be forwarding the new poster for recruitment in the New Year.

Fundraising

We will need to get together to finalize ideas for the fundraising at the Jolly Miller on Feb. 5, 2011.

Possibility of fundraising at the following: Friendly Mikes, Finnegan’s Pub, Sneaker’s and/or Casey’s at the UFV.
We need to start getting information on the Abbotsford Sex Show for the New Year.
As time is not permitting, rather than the Masquerade Ball for Valentine’s Day it would be better to look at something like a Summer Solstice Masquerade.

Merchandise

Nina is looking at ordering VooDoo Dollz t-shirts. The cost will be 50 shirts for about $500.00. Therefore, shirts for Dollz would be approx. $12.00 each.

Kim will email everyone to find out what size t-shirts people want.

General discussion

Suggestion was made that “Apprenticeship Skaters” would pay $20.00.

Nina will be emailing everyone the insurance application along with the request of payment, copies of ID and Care Card information. Complete insurance packages and money will need to be given to Nina by December 18, 2010.

Training Sites

Susan and Valerie will be looking into some leads on venues, costs, times, etc.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:45 pm.
