Here are a few things to add to the agenda please..

Board of Directors- Who they all are, + Vote on what responsibility they have on behalf of the team

Picking out the two members who will be Bout Production (orchestrating each event. Job description)

injured skaters should require doctors note to say they are cleared for contact so they dont keep re-injuring themselves

Regarding a STEERING MEETING...
If we are not in a total rush could we possibly have one after the league meeting??? The rest of the month seems busy...

STEERING MEETING will be about setting our league goal for next year. How many teams should we split into 2 or 3.. then league.. What would be the rules to play on the team. How should the games be layed out.
What do you want to see us meet at a goal.

Doing this will help keep us all on the same path and help me guide all of us to where you all want us to be.

Once a meeting date is scheduled, posted and dollz have agreed on it what are the parameters for rescheduling the date? How is the new date decided? Attendance for those who can't make it to the new date? What if there is a vote taking place, how do we ensure everyone has a vote/voice?

The meeting was pre determined a month ago. The secretary suggested we have a league meeting monthly and posted the dates. If we have issues for that date we should speak up to rebook.
If a voting is to take place we must have a majority at the meeting of members. We can submit a proxi vote if you know a head of time what the voting is for.
If we do not have a majority the meeting must dissolve. And since this is almost an impossible task at hand we had changed it up by having committee reps to be responsible to attend.

Right now with our committee changes at a league meeting a rep from each committee must attend. if the head can not then the co must represent. If a committee is not represented we can not vote. Any dollz member can attend regardless of committees and vote at meetings.
Members can still send in proxis to one of the board of directors. pres, vice, 2nd vice, sec, tres...

At this meeting this weekend we will be voting in a new 2nd VP...
I have a list of members to send a quick email too asking them all if they accept the challenge. Then if we have 2 or more I will display that list here and we will vote at the meeting... keep looking back here
